"We chose this accommodation for a city break. Nice modern apartment in a quiet location by the river. Approx. 20 min walk from the station, and 10-15 min walk to the main city area. Local amenities are all in easy reach. Good facilities in the apartment which was in excellent condition and clean. Communications from the team were excellent."

"Excellent accommodation. Hosts went above and beyond for us. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Lovely homely cottage and beautiful views. Ideal location to visit Dalby Forest, York, Whitby, Scarborough etc. Locals were all so kind and helpful too. Would highly recommend."

"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "

"A very handy location with easy on-street parking right in front of the house. Well-equipped kitchen with complimentary, quality coffee and tea. Clean, up-to-date bathroom and towels with quality complimentary shampoo and shower gels. Comfortable master bedroom (as in photo) with good quality mattress, though the other two bedrooms had much lower beds which had less comfortable mattresses. Overall, accommodation was fine for a family of four, though there was no wardrobe hanging space available...

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing cottage with double bed on mezzanine floor accessible by staircase. Not suitable for persons with accessibility problems. Bed is near to wall with low headroom on one side. We had no problems. Kitchen and downstairs toilet/sink/shower room. Plenty of hot water. Milk and butter in fridge. Tea, coffee provided. "Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"This was a very nice one bedroom flat that had everything we needed for our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and with heavy luggage it was a bit of a challenge but overall we enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend it to others that want to explore York."

"Hotel is situated in a convenient & central location within walking distance to bars, restaurants & amenities. I did struggle finding the car park & navigating the one way system but got there eventually. Just needed to know to look for NCP carpark sign. Had a lovely stay! I like the new updated decor. "
