"Booked for a girls trip to Newcastle. The owner contacted me at 1:30pm when check-in is at 2pm saying we need to be a £40 cleaning fee and once this is paid then we can get the code to retrieve the house key. "This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."
