"The hotel lost power during Isiais due to a blown transformer. The staff was incredible during the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!"

"My boyfriend and I loved staying here to attend furnace fest and will be back next year hopefully"

"Great staff, clean room, good breakfast. Thanks!"

"The bar in the Hotel was terrible and service was poor. Hotel itself was good and rooms were great"

"This property has certain rules in place that customers definitely don't see, and not explained upon check in. I feel certain things needs to be explained to customers especially when the property will charge large sums of money. It's not fair to guests"

"I usually only write positive reviews, but this is the exception to my rule about only saying nice things. We were very disappointed from start to finish with everything about this hotel. Hopefully, my review will save someone else from disappointment: 1. When we arrived, the overhead lights outside the entry were not working and the automatic doors barely opened enough for anyone to walk through. 2. The front desk clerk was extremely unfriendly and didn’t even bother to greet us or offer any...

"The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great."

"Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...

"I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. She looked up my reservation and told me it was no big deal and that she would put a note on my booking. She asked me what...

"I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!"
