"good location for city centre with bus stop outside , choice of carparks,"

"Very central, perfect for a weekend getaway with plenty of shops and bars nearby. New street station is also right around the corner. I do advise to bring your own hairdryer as most of them which you get at the reception are usually taken. It is also quite noisy until about midnight due to pubs around. Otherwise, good hotel and friendly staff."

"The location is great, just 2 minute walk to the main train station and city centre. The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very helpful."

"Good choice"

"Decent hotel close to train station."

"It was nice and clean ."

"Walking distance from BHX terminal. Very conveniently located and in house restaurant and bar (24h). All I needed was a bed and a shower before a very early morning flight. The very cosy lobby was a great surplus."

"Great location, but unacceptable room conditions. The hotel is undeniably very central, but that is where the positives end. The room was noticeably run down, and basic necessities were completely missing—there was no central heating and no soap in the shower. To make matters worse, the corridor had a strong, unpleasant smell. Central location aside, the lack of basic maintenance and hygiene makes it hard to recommend."

"This is a very nice place for stay. The room was very comfortable and spotless. All facilities was great. High recommended."
