"Nice hotel with Good location with 2 subway stations nearby, good staff and breakfast. What I don't like is just little thing, the elevator, we have to wait a bit long time to get it, while they passing our floor without stop."
"Room is small for 2 persons and decorated with cheap materials. No fridge. Complimentary water was only provided on the first day. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Room rate was too high compared to the room quality. Not recommended. "
"Very calm and nice hotel, with a friendly and engaged staff. The room was clean and had a super nice bed, and most of all a working desk that deserves the name of working desk: Large enough for laptop and notebook, several power and usb outlets, free supply of water and a nice coffee machine."
"I stayed here for 5 nights on my trip to Berlin and was absolutely delighted with the hotel. The room was beautiful, everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location to S-Bahn and U-Bahn and there’s a direct train service (RE8) that runs from the Zoologischer Garten station to the airport which was super convenient."

"The 4 star hotel but no have hair dryer in the room , it‘s a standard service but really not get it! How ? Why? after told staff who work at night around 8pm ( 28 Aug) but he couldn’t find me one , seem like he didn’t active about that at all , I stayed there many times I like the hotel very much but this problem is standard service they must have in the room or make a solution to fix a problem such as go to the room where no have Guest check in and get me one . So disappointed for easy problem...
"People were smoking next to the entry while the doors were open. The shower head was not very clean. Everything else looked clean. The room had two single beds instead of one big bed even if it the room was for one person. "
