"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "The hotel seems to be a shadow of its own glory. Staffs were nice and helpful. We went there during the time when hot wave hitting the UK in July 2026. The room has no A/C and walking into the room feels like walking into a sauna. It was not at all comfortable. Good view of Aberavon beach from the room though."

Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. "I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes.
