I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"Arriving in the charming village and then pulling up to Buckland Manor was a dream! Every detail has been seen to with lovely staff, well furnished rooms, gorgeous peaceful grounds. We could pop on many walking paths right from the door and roam the countryside. One wouldn't need to leave this property for days with every need met beautifully. Exquisite!"

"The building works currently taking place in the hotel destroyed the experience as was woken up in the early hours of the morning to banging and drilling. No advance warning was given to guests which I thought was incredibly frustrating."

"Excellent stay with an extremely friendly check in with a lovely lady called Joy on reception. Room was very spacious and quiet with a modern, clean bathroom and great shower pressure. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking, nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping. Will definitely stay here again when flying from Birmingham Airport."
