โรงแรมสำหรับครอบครัวใน Big Bear Lake

"clean room"

"I really like this place and I plan to visit soon next year! Best part is dog friendly :)"

"Perfect place for a little get away. It’s close to everything"

"Great stay"

"Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing stay at Knickerbocker Mansion and Estates! The property is beautiful, charming, and peaceful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the hospitality was excellent. Patrick was very friendly, thoughtful, and responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!"

"En general, la limpieza estaba bastante bien, aunque encontramos una araña cerca del sofá y una telaraña en una de las ollas que estaba adentro de los gabinetes. Por otro lado, ¡el jacuzzi está genial y la chimenea de gas calienta de maravilla!"

"Amenities are great - They gouge you for parking and if you smoke they have a smoking area with no tables or chairs - pretty sad seeing seniors out there just standing without the courtesy of a single chair - Rooms also very small and look like prison cells - décor is weak - On the good side lounge is nice and convenient with really good free fresh ground coffee - Breakfast is what you would expect - cheap food but gets the job done I guess - I wont go back as the rooms way too small for being...

"Check in was effortless and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Our cabin was so nice. Everything looked brand new"

"great, cute and cozy!"

"Overall, we would definitely come back here again. First impressions were really good get your own lodge. He had great fireplaces throughout the property and you didn’t have to light them yourselves because this staff would light them up for you really really nice one thing though that I did have to mention was when we went to use a cup in the kitchen, there was a fingerprint on the cup that I went to reach for so that kind of threw me off a little bit but other than that, we would definitely...

"Staff was very helpful, and nice. Really friendly guy. I feel bad only giving 3 stars, for him alone. The reason for the lower rating is the room was tiny, barely room for the bed and a small dining chair. Very small (clean) bathroom. Paper thin walls. It's one of those places, you stay just to sleep. Room had a tv, AC and heat, a bathroom with a shower. It's close to the village. The kitchen food is good."

"I would give this place a 5 star rating. They were very promt in their response and was very accommodating. They also went an extra mile to provide different payment options in terms of the pet fee either through zelle or card. I would highly recommend booking this place if you want to be located in a walkable area with a private sleeping place. Thank you Socal Vacations in hosting us."

"My husband an I stayed at The Burgundy for one night. It was a last minute plan and were able to book a room for a good price. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, it did take a couple of minutes to check-in. The room was not luxurious but it was clean and comfortable. Internet was terribly slow and we had to connect to our own Wi-Fi. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something basic and affordable. Location was nice and close to The Village."

"Came here to stay for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience. I stayed in unit #6 they even have games in the cabin. A kitchen with mugs and pots and pans. Plus it is pet-friendly; my dogs enjoyed it as well. The private jacuzzi tops it off! I am definitely staying again here in the future. Thank you Arkouda Cabins!"
