"I was so disappointed in this property. We stayed there two years ago and it was clean, bright and the gardens were beautiful. The light in the bathroom was burned out, paint chipping in the room and the hallway, the second floor balcony was all chipping tile and chandelier dusty with cob webs. The flower gardens were mostly weeds. So disappointing."

"I wasn't impressed from the moment we checked in. The front desk attendants were very friendly, but the check in experience itself was disappointing. Our rooms had been canceled because of a glitch with our credit card, and no one contacted us to let us know. We were told the system automatically cancels reservations in these situations, which is concerning when you're traveling and expecting your room to be waiting for you. "Convenient location, friendly staff, room clean but old, needing renovation. Can't beat the price. Suggest get rid of carpeting as many hotels have done. Breakfast was okay but not that tasty...could be improved."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lady who checked us in (sorry not to have gotten her name) was welcoming and friendly. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and went out of her way to make sure we had directions and a map. The breakfast was very good, well stocked and the area was clean. The ladies working there greeted us with friendly smiles. We particularly appreciated the no pets policy. We're looking forward to staying there again."

"Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms."

"The manager walking away into his office on Saturday afternoon and then out a back door - never to return - during my check in - was reeeeeaaalllly something else. I had 2 rooms booked through Expedia and the hotel only had one in their system. The manager said he would call Expedia and “deal”. Needless to say that never happened. Amateur hour. Still looking to get my $ back. The young girl at the front desk was overwhelmed, but at least attempted to help."

"Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet (no noisy A/C or heating unit). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I would like to see a plant milk (oat or soy, etc.) at breakfast for tea and coffee. Also, I suggest not using plastic cutlery, it's so wasteful and bad for the environment."
