"Clean room good staff"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"beautiful property and very friendly/attentive staff."

"Whew! Sitting here enjoying breakfast, and I just have to say, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is absolutely captivating! From START to FINISH, the service has been impeccable. Every single staff member has been top-notch, which, as a person of color, I don’t always experience when staying at luxury hotels. But here? I had to run up to the door in order to prevent them from walking all the way in on my girlfriend who was getting ready for the day. When I confronted who walked in I asked them if they worked there because they did not identify themselves and merely just tried to walk away. I immediately called down...

"Fantastic service and accommodation "

"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Location was perfect just across from the Peninsula Hotel and walking distance to all in Beverly Hills"

"This is probably the best hotel in West Hollywood. It's very comfortable. The property used to be an apartment building, so it feels like home. The room service was great, a rare amenity these days. The food at the restaurant tastes great. The front desk missed my call and called me back a few minutes later! Can't wait to go back."
