"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "The newly refurbished room was very well decorated. Air conditioning was very effective in the room. Filter water stations on every floor were very convenient. The only thing they need to sort out is getting the in room TV connected to the internet, as a foreign traveller the TV is pointless without having the internet as without it you only have the French terrestrial channels. If you will rely on a lift to go up and down the building you will be frustrated, there is one lift for the whole hotel and even once you’ve waited a good amount of time for it the inside of the lift is very hot."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the coast. We stayed 2 nights. Staff was always helpful. The hotel is only 4 minutes drive to Eze village (although the village is close, it is not advisable to walk, it is dangerous with the winding narrow road). We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area."
