"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"The location was ideally located right off the main highway and away from the tight downtown road. The place is clean and modern and all of us liked it. The guy at the counter is nice and very helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The hotel has a deal with the gym at the mall and it worked out great for us. I recommend it. There is parking on the facility but there are a few steps that you would have to go through to set it up but once set up it’s seem less. The staff will let you know if you ask. The shower was awesome with lots of room!"
