"This place is a great place to stay. But, there were some flaws I have to mention.
- found 5 shield bugs flying around in the room
- loud bathroom fan noise that would not turn off
- no heating in the bathroom
- night staff not knowing how to address the issues
The food was great. The surrounding view was stunning. Giving a bottle of olive oil for the trouble we went through was a good gesture. The building itself was truly nice. I'd recommend this place to friends if those mentioned above are...

"We had a very relaxing week-end there, enjoying the pool and the stunning views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. The restaurant is a stand out! We dined under the trees and loved the menu which is interesting, both traditional and creative…well executed and presented. The staff was attentive and professional. All for a very fair price! Would gladly go back! PS: awesome friendly cats around the property…for cat lovers!"

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations and did not fully reflect what was advertised on Expedia.
We chose this beautiful wine resort for its Michelin-starred restaurant, spa, pool, wine tours, and numerous activities. However, several amenities were unavailable, required additional fees, or were never introduced to us. The restaurant was closed both days of our stay without prior notice, forcing us to drive at night throigh windy roads for 20 min just to have dinner.
The schedule was...

"This property is a gem located in a beautiful location where at sunset you can see spectacular views of Montepulciano. The room was spacious and clean with updated bathrooms and the salt pool refreshing and relaxing. The staff for our breakfast and lunch were so kind, warm and helpful that it made our trip here very special. Recommendations for dinner and wine tastings was also spot on! Definitely come here!"
