I saw maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and two other guests. But it was safe! Checked in and got a restaurant recommendation for Ristorante Conte Matto, ten minutes away in a small town. "I based our stay here on other people's reviews & it did NOT disappoint! Everything about our time here was amazing. The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We just can't say enough great things about & if we ever get the privilege of returning to the region, we will stay here again without hesitation! Grazie mille Paulo! "
