"I highly recommend. The service was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. I love that the shampoo and conditioner are in the shower and not the tiny bottles."

"Lovely stay with family for a funeral in the area. Really appreciated the hot coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby."

"The location is nice right next to crossgates mall, but when I arrived they switched to a double queen size room when I ordered and paid for a king size bed. To be fair, they attempted to call me to tell me that the king size room wasn’t available but honestly, if it wasn’t available then it shouldn’t have been available to rent out. "Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"Insgesamt hat uns nichts gefallen, vor allem das Frühstück war schrecklich Ansonsten war es sehr laut"

"Great location nice place."

"Doubletree definitely prepped for homecoming wknd. The property has never looked better."

"Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!"
