We had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the proximity to Howe’s Cavern and other nearby sites is perfect. We also loved that breakfast was included and had a good variety.

Family run. Kind staff. We stay here every year when we go to Schoharie. Elevators, housekeeping available, windows in rooms open, rooms were very clean upon arrival, right off highway yet you dont hear it at all. Quiet and peaceful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room itself was clean, lots of maintenance work was needed. The shower and bath faucet were flowing at the same time. The tub was somewhat dirty. There were outlets that needed to be fixed. The bed was comfy though. Ultimately the stay was okay. It's would have been 100% better if the front end staff were more personable. That's what makes stays more pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff.
