"Allergiker Bettwäsche schnell bekommen, alte Bettwäsche wurde aber nicht mitgenommen, sondern verblieb auf dem bett"

"Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Our room was lovely & clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot & powerful. The hotel was in a quiet area with a very short walk to the U bahn station so very convenient for getting about Berlin. Would definitely recommend & would use it again."

"Delayed flight and no help at airport. Booked a room for my family and I. Wrong room given then moved (reluctantly) to find no linen for sons bed or an extra towel set. Spent nearly £200 to stay in a room for 4 hours. Beautiful hotel, wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately with the next available flight we couldn’t, we were tired, husband unwell and needed to get home, we were very much an afterthought."

"Great staff, location is right next to plaza with great food market and public transportation options."

"Alles gut fort der Preis"
