"Upon arrival I found the hotel desk staff to be friendly, informed and fluent in English. Helpful with information and the amenities of the hotel. The lady responsible for cleaning my room was very efficient, keeping my room clean and supplied. She, also, spoke English and honored my simple request for more coffee. The buffet breakfast was some what expensive but made up for that by stuffing myself, no lunch needed. There were plenty of elevator banks to handle the customers!! Even during rush...

"Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again."
