"Room: The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and even with a roll-away bed added, there was still ample space for three plus-sized adults. Everything was spotless, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. Service: Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The bellhop was helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the chambermaid, Diana, who was exceptionally attentive. She thoughtfully provided an extra pillow for my father without being asked and always kept the room clean and fresh. Her warm smile and care truly enhanced our stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious, with a good daily variety of local Malaysian and international dishes. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, surrounded by malls. A monorail station is just a 1-minute walk away, Jalan Alor is about 10 minutes on foot, and Berjaya Times Square is directly opposite, making it an ideal base for shopping, dining, and exploring Kuala Lumpur."
