Room was stylishly appointed and very modern. Also a special shout out to the infinity pool on the roof great place to relax with a great view of the city. 10 out of 10 great hotel"

"Room was clean and fairly decent sized for the location, air conditioning worked well. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, smiling lots and very helpful! It did get quite noisy at night though if you are facing the main road with many cars going by 24/7. Only thing that could improve is better pillows & mattress i would say, it was a little squeaky and not the best "hotel" bed i've slept on and the pillows were very flat and not the usual fluffy hotel ones you expect. Either way good location for what I wanted but note this side of the road was always busy and packed with cars. "

"Overall friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Booked a king bed with balcony room, but was assigned a room with dirty balcony hence we did not utilise the balcony at all. We also got a room meant for handicap users, hence the toilet door, shower handle, mirror to the shower space was designed for handicap users in mind. It was slightly inconvenient and limited our usage of the toilet. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but due to the going construction of the property few blocks away from the hotel, the path was rough and often blocked by heavy vehicles with no proper pedestrian walkways. We did not feel the safest commuting by foot around the property. Able to reach bukit bintang area in ~15 mins by walking. Would try another hotel next time."

"It’s a great place with an amazing view and location but they’ve messed up the details. They claim to have 100+mbps internet, it’s 8. They claim to offer shampoo, they don’t. They claim to have a fireplace?! And obviously they don’t. Worse than that, they don’t clean properly. Some of the cutlery had food stuck on it, the pillows had clearly not been cleaned in months. The place itself has amazing potential and it’s a shame that they’re dropping the ball. "
