"Warning! Fraudulent practice! Make sure to check your receipt carefully as they will add random charges on your bill. I stayed in the hotel for two nights, for the record the room was clean and the whole check-in process was smooth. It did not hold until checking out, the hotel promised that the receipt will be mailed within 1 hour after the check-out, which did not happen. I have to call in and request for it. The manager sent the receipt but I found there were repetitive charges including nuts...

If you’re looking for five starts this is not it but to walk up having our own private balcony overlooking the water and our own hot tub with the gorgeous gardens they have was very special. For the price this place is awesome to enjoy Malibu. The floors in the room and bathroom are extremely slippery when wet be careful. "

"People should be aware that the shared bathrooms are not lockable at all. This was not made clear (not lockable) My daughters and wife did not feel safe with this. To make matters worse they would not refund us when we made this clear. Im pretty sure this is in violation of building code."

Hallway exterior doors left unlocked all night, NOT a very good way to show you care about the safety and security of your guests! Had to crawl on the floor to use the microwave! Not ONE ashtray or butt can anywhere on the property, so everyone just tosses their butts all over. Bathroom faucet aerator was so bad, the water...
