"This place was beautiful and elegant. I loved the retro lamps and chairs in the room and patio! The whole pool area and restaurant were equally gorgeous! All service and food were top notch! Took their trolley to universal and that was great. Staff were all amazing and wonderful, we will definately be back!!"

"The bathroom light flickered, the light by the room door was out, and most outlets were loose. It was struggle to plug in anything; phone chargers, hair dryer, anything! "

"Check in felt like a nightmare :( The person who was checking us in was dismissive to us saying that the card reader wasn’t taking cards despite the cards we tried having money MULTIPLE TIMES. Sends over to another computer and it works. Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything."
