"Great location set on a hill near the airport, with wonderful views out to sea. The staff are fantastic, the Indian restaurant on site does great food, and it’s a small, tranquil place to spend a few days.
The rooms are a little dated and relatively small, however the a/c worked very well and my room had a huge balcony with a day bed, loungers and a table to work on.
Be warned that there is no lift up to reception, so you’ll be carrying bags up quite a few steps. "

The grounds are full of beautiful vegetation. The lagoon is beautiful to look out over. It’s also wonderful to sit in the lagoon during high tide.
Building 7 is our favourite as it has been recently updated. Air conditioning rocks. Decor is lovely. Room is spacious and clean.

"My wife and i stayed at the Island House for our 20th anniversary. While it wasn't close to a lot of the stuff we wanted to do, we don't regret staying there at all. The staff were exellent and the resort was perfect."
