The staff was professional, pleasant, and accommodating. My room was generously spacious and for the most part clean. The parking was ample and free. There were many nearby stores and restaurants. Two disappointments there were that no breakfast offered and the explanation was because we had kitchenettes. My room seemed in transitioning to a handicap room which I applaud but had wires hanging down from the television and had an odd A/C and heating setup with an odd electrical setup and an intake fan built in the wall to share the A/C and heat in the bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay though.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. Full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Free laundry was key!! Kids took advantage of gym and outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and responsive to the few requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place but entertainment is not.

The stay was nice and peaceful also the maid did everything to make my stay comfortable. The front desk young lady named Coleen made ever effort to make this stay enjoyable because the WiFi isn’t good and the room tv doesn’t have a remote to access input so I can go on my personal apps from my laptop. Not much of cable so this is a great alternative to watch personal streaming. She is kind and always said”hello is everything fine. The only person that did that. She’s a very good asset to that front desk.give her 5 stars

I booked this location specifically for the kitchenette, and it was definitely a hit. I needed to make a dish for my families Christmas dinner (15 minutes away) & the stove top came in handy. THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING, Would definitely again!

At least 50 Amtrak vehicles taking up the parking lot. Our first room, 110, walls were vibrating from the adjacent laundry room....2nd room, 208, Fridge was incredibly loud, coffee making broken, iron leaking water, exposed 220v circuit clearly accessible to any child...see attached photos...Staff was very accommodating...
