Not sure if there was a breakfast, the hotel was under some construction only one elevator worked and smelled like Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor so i chose not to check for breakfast. Weird thing, at check in, they have you sign a document stating that they would charge $300 if there is evidence of smoking in your room but the whole place smelled like weed. I do not smoke but the rule doesn't seem to be stopping guests. The front desk team were nice and very helpful.

The staff were friendly. There is miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel as the hotel didn’t want to honor my daily breakfast as ordered from the site. The hotel was getting maintenance which is what they blamed my rooms cockroaches on. I had to change rooms because that’s just gross. Location is a little hard to handle. There’s not any food options in close proximity, best have a car.

Bathroom floor was dirty. The bath tub had been painted and was pealing. They were doing work on the property and had plastic down on the floors. Carpet was dirty and old. Staff was nice.

“The night staff at the customer service desk was excellent, warm, attentive, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, the day staff felt a bit stand-offish and not as friendly; even a simple smile would make a big difference in making guests feel comfortable and valued. The breakfast was also disappointing, as it seemed to be made from frozen packets, so we opted to eat elsewhere. With some improvement in staff hospitality during the day and a better breakfast offering, this place could really elevate the guest experience.”

A good choice in Greenbelt

The hotel is under construction, which was not disruptive, however the laundry and gym were not available which we didn't know when we booked. The room and beds were comfortable, linens fresh, a good size mini-fridge and freezer, and a good location in Greenbelt. We would've benefited from a recycle bin in the room and breakfast included.

The hotel is completely run down. The initial room I was given the bathroom appeared dirty. There was soap suds and hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The staff was kind enough to switch our room but the new room bathroom had a peeling tub. And this time I found a strand of hair in the bed. Because I've been driving all day and had somewhere else to be shortyly i just accepted the room and wasnt able to return until after midnight. I won't be back but hopefully the renovations help when it is done because it was a nice quiet location.

We arrived to find most of the amenities closed for renovation. Our key cards kept not working and we had to come down to the front desk to get them fixed both days we were there. The staff was lovely and we liked that there's daily housekeeping.

It is a very nice and beautiful place that I think anyone wishes to stay for a vacation. The staff there was so nice and they were always there to help us out when we did things wrong with the key. They were there to make it work again. Can't wait to be back soon. Once again thank you guys so much for making our stay a beautiful and nice one.

The property is close (next door) to the venue where i attended a private function; so the location was excellent. Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated or modernize since I stayed there over ten years ago. Does offer a buffet breakfast for $15👍
