"The staff was great. Specifically, the front desk staff. However, the furniture in the living room/sitting area was filthy. The ottoman, sofa & chair appeared to be taken from the local trash or dump site. We refuse to sit on it. And the toilet barely flushed. I have photos if needed. I regret sending ..."

"I loved the place. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and the surrounding nature is beautiful. The place was generally clean, although the exterior was quite dusty. Overall, it was a great choice for a relaxing stay with the family."

Coconut Malorie Resort Ocean City, Ascend Collection Hotel
"The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."
