"Comfortable large room with comfy bed. Fantastic service by all the staff. Being greeted by host for breakfast with orange juice and a wonderful array of choices. Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi on a couple of occasions and arranging return trips as well. Proximity to Heathrow and Underground fantastic. Beautiful hotel and would be happy to recommend."

"As fabulous as ever! Courteous staff, excellent room amenities and a well-stocked club room! Great proximity to departure hall, literally a 4 minute walk. This has been my choice for many years, whenever flying from Heathrow, irrespective of which terminal I fly from! "

"Very good breakfast But the ingredients are not listed on each item. For example, they had something called “black pudding”. It turned out it’s pork blood suasage! I gave this feedback to the staff, and they took it. But they didn’t apologize or offer anything. They were nice but I was disappointed and angry for tasting what I thought is vegetarian dish!"

"It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare"

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again."

"When I pulled up outside, I thought it was a deli building at first scrapped caravan in the corner of the car park the pictures you show online or nothing like what it actually is completely misleading"

"All I can say is that it’s a bed of indeterminate age with some other stuff acquired from other freecycle groups. It’s clean enough but I didn’t use the shared bathroom or toilet. Chap who signed me in was friendly and efficient. You get what you pay for. "

"Very handy airport stop over hotel , clean rooms , everything you need, and generous sized ensuite bathroom , really enjoyed the food restaurant and bar area in the evening while unwinding with sports channels to watch , good selection of beverages and evan a handy shop, My only downside is that sometimes noise levels in the corridors effected by people coming and going but it's an airport hotel so is understandable , otherwise very happy sleeper 😊😊👍👍"
