"Given that this is an airport hotel with T2 right in the name, I wanted to understand how to get there from Heathrow Terminal 2 (e.g. is there a shuttle provided? etc). The website had a lengthy FAQ page but the only FAQ related to transportation was "Can I walk to the hotel from Terminal 2?" with the answer being no :) Nothing about a shuttle or any other options besides taxi/uber. No email address provided, no one answered the phone when I called, and the website indicated that they'd respond to WhatsApp messages but when I tried contacting them via WhatsApp I got "We’re sorry, but our team are currently unable to accept any new chats." It turns out that there are public buses that go to the hotel, but we had to figure this out ourselves. I've never stayed anywhere that was so determined to evade customer contact. There are many other airport hotel choices, I'll choose a different one next time. (Also, cleanliness was alright, part of the sink had not been cleaned... again, there are better choices.)"

"This place is filthy dirty when you walk down the corridor to your room the carpet is covered in dirty patches. I was supposed to stay for two nights. I could barely tolerate one night. I checked out the next morning and I told the front desk that the place was dirty. The carpet in my room was covered with white powder looked like they had had a problem with insects and had fumigated the room. This place is disgusting. The front desk staff is very helpful. The restaurant is good, but it is dirty."

"The Radisson Blu was perfectly located for arrival at Heathrow by coach, and departure early the following morning by plane from Terminal 2. There's a convenient Hoppa Bus for shuttle service. Online reservations were easy, choice of floors for the room a plus and check in was fast. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Radisson Blu was clean and well-maintained, and the room was ready. There was an excellent bar and restaurant for relaxing after the trauma of the travel into London, and in preparation for the early start and long day following. Highly recommended, very satisfied guest."
