"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. "Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. We walked downhill into town each day and got the 31 bus back up the hill each day and it stops outside the hotel. Great location"

"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...
