"The front desk guy wasn't very helpful with requests ... we asked for a luggage rack and he said the hotel didnt have those. However, my friends room had one. Also, we had to request new sheets because there were blood stains on one of the beds. On the plus side, the staff was very speedy in bringing requested items - toothbrush, toothpaste and sheets."

The water was perfect temperature and I don't usually get in the hotel hot tubs, however, there was no denying this one. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. "
