Luxury in Rapid City

The cleanliness of the entire building was impeccable. I loved the aesthetic and interior design. Rooms were so clean. Atmosphere was overall very pleasant.

Upon checking in there appeared to be a homeless man with his dog trying to check in to a room. He kept the sole front desk attendant busy for awhile until someone else came from another office to help us. We were able to check in and get our room. Our daughter was not feeling well and parking afterwards was a long walk to the entrance. Wish someone would have noticed sooner.

It is a brand new hotel right in the downtown of Rapid City which is quite walkable with nice collection of restaurants, stores and bars. The lobby of the hotel was spacious with many comfortable seatings making it a nice gathering place. With an easy self-parking and clean spacious room, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice new hotel in a great location. Housekeeping, or lack there of, is a joke. We stayed 5 nights and they only came once to bring towels and make the beds. Nothing in the room was cleaned or refilled while they were there. We had to go to the front desk on two separate occasions to ask for towels

You can hear kids loud in other rooms, traffice and sirens outside, turning into the parking garage is a tight fit, couldnt change the air temperature in the room, had to call downstairs to change it. Teenagers running up and down the hall and no one said anything to them. Key card use every single time, room, elevator, and parking garage.The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was nice. Just not a good spot to get some rest. If you're paying over $350 for room, incidentally and parking it better be worth it.
