For the price and length of time, me and my group were there it was okay. The rooms are a little dated. I would recommend them pulling up the carpet. However, other than that, the room was clean, and we stayed in a non-smoking, but we did smell marijuana every once in a while in our room from the other room but all in all it was in a good location minutes away from our destinations so for a quick trip I would recommend this place but not for a trip longer than three days staff was friendly also and they do offer breakfast

The hotel is older, but is well appointed and my partner and I felt very safe at this location. As an added bonus, there are several restaurants and a great taco truck within walking distance.

Building is older property, but the rooms have been repainted and new flooring has been installed. Room is very clean. Everything in the room worked properly (fridge and microwave, ac, shower, TV coffee maker). Price is good, is close to medical center and NRG center. Housekeeping cleaned dailey and staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are OK.

We stayed for our daughter’s basketball tournament for the weekend in this hotel because it was convenient and close to nrg center. We were able to go walking to the center and save on having to pay daily parking. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Bertha, she was so nice and very helpful.
