"Very clean hotel with a great location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and rooms was extremely comfortable. Only complaint was no elevator."

"Classic old but expertly maintained and managed.very clean with updated bathrooms. The breakfast menu and experience was excellent."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Lotsa choices. Sausage and egg white omelet were so good!"

"Hayden was very informative and helpful."

"Great location, great views! Front desk always helpful and friendly!"

"Decent for a quick trip and needing a place to stay. Not the cleanest or up to date but you also get what you pay for. FYI, the balcony lights are bright and do not turn off at night... Which is a bummer for me as I enjoy sleeping in the dark and waking up to sunlight but I unfortunately had to sleep with the blinds closed. And there was no coffee maker in the room."

"Easy access and close to Petoskey if in the area for business or pleasure. For EV owners, there are two Tesla level 2 chargers present and both come equipped with J1772 adapters."

"This is an amazing hotel to stay at. The only downside for me was how firm the mattress was. I awoke with lower back pain and didn’t get a good nights sleep due to that."

"Nice gym, indoor pool/hot tub, patio. Clean room."

"The room was small and pretty clean...it was worth the price the motel charged not Expedia! It was suppose to have 8,5 rating and it was more like a 5. I thought Expedia was suppose to be cheaper way to go....it was not in this case ...60.00 more! Because of the location it was worth the 105 the hotel charged...not the 166.62 Expedia charged us."

"Loved the complimentary limo service. Beds & pillows weren’t comfortable."

"We went to enjoy the beauty of the area and felt the hotel reflected it as well. We could sit and look out at the bay at breakfast. The room was great as a resting place for the night after biking, shopping, seeing a movie at the local theater, and visiting the sandy beach watching the sun go down."

"The entire staff was well trained. In particular, the ladies who present the complimentary breakfast bar were extraordinarily personable and helpful ,,, with a warm and genuine sense of hospitality."

"Rustic and beautiful surroundings. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good options for continental breakfast and coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at anytime."

"Staff was very friendly at check in. Had dinner at the Inn and it was delicious. Unfortunately we had to leave early and was not able to stay for the included breakfast that started at 8:00am."

"Clean room. Liked the people manning the front desk. Easy all way around."
