"We can’t faulty anything! The service was impeccable. The staff really goes above and beyond for the customer. A major thanks to the restaurant staff, especially Suelee (not sure about the spelling). And a major thanks to the girls in the spa Reva and Ella, excellent treatments! The rooms were clean, large with a private pool and amazing view. We will definitely be back to this very hotel."

"Et helt i gennem fantastisk resort, som ligger en kæmpe grund (en gammel kokosnød plantage). Meget gennemført helt ned i mindste detalje. Servicen var outstanding, vi havde fornøjelse af, at holde 2 fødselsdage under vores ophold, som blev super eksekveret af personalet. Deres pool område med indbygget bar, samt deres beach bar spiller max. virkelig god service. Maden er også rigtig god. Kan varmt anbefales. "

"My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta "

"Das Personal an der Rezeption war einfach nur super, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Service orientiert. Ich hab mich sehr gefreut, dass sie es ermöglicht haben, dass wir nach zwei Tagen in den oberen Stock mit Blick zum Pool und mit großem Balkon umziehen konnten. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock hatte zwar ein Fenster aber kein richtiges Tageslicht und war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch feucht.
