Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. "Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."

"This is a charming and elegant facility with a friendly, helpful proprietor who went out of his way to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. A couple with two to four children would feel like a royal family here. Low-to-the-floor beds and lack of adequate storage space were a bit awkward for two older ladies in what would be the children's room. All in all, a delightful experience."
