"Room is clean but small. Bed and pillows are excellent. It would help to have luggage racks especailly if you have large suitcases. We had to open ours up on the floor. Bath towels are very small. Could also have some shelving in the bathrooms instead of towels on a bench. Sink and shower are very small. Too many air freshners if you are allergic to perfume. Continental breakfast is simple and $12 Euros. Be aware you have to lug your luggage up two flights of very narrow and steep stairs! Can be...

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"Master La Rambla was a perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and dining. Also conveniently located close to the metro for connections to sites that were a little further out. We had a premium balcony room which was a wasted upgrade. There is ongoing construction on the Rambla street which made the balcony useless. Thankfully the room was pretty sound proof which kept the sounds of jack hammers at bay. Don’t get a balcony room!"

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"This is a gem of a boutique hotel in Barcelona. Great location, large clean modern room and shower, comfy bed and pillows and very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent and even had time to hang out at the red rooftop pool on the 5th floor. Overall 5 out 5 stars for the 2 nights we stayed there."
