We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. The room and common areas were beautiful and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. My only criticism was that the water was not working when I tried to use it in the early part of morning (around 2am), but was working fine other than that.

The hotel is very hard to access no ocean view at all because of high trees everything was closed inside the hotel at 6 pm we checked inn at 5 pm paid cash for the room at 6 pm every employee at the hotel including receptionist left the property no security no other guests just me and my wife they turned everything off we realized that we were the only guest in this entire hotel my wife told me I don’t want to stay here because I don’t feel safe and she is Colombian Borneo and raised so we decided to leave the property go to another hotel where we feel safe I called Expedia and explain my situation. The gentleman on the phone from Expedia told me that he was gonna contact the hotel management after him trying several times no one was answering the phone so first not a very good customer service second level of what kind of hotel boutique is this that they leave you there all alone and not a single person in this entire place with a guest never seen anything like that. I have traveled all over the world.

Mejora en habtiacion tipo Suite

Instalaciones agradables.

Overall a nice property and space. Excellent staff and safe. Plenty is within walking distance and the back of the property accesses a road and nice path along the beach. The beach isn't the nicest, but is great for a stroll or some sun. Pool and bar are nice as well. Good place to stay in Puerto Colombia.

Very clean well maintained small hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool and garden that is well manicured. There is a restaurant on the property. I really liked the Sea Bass ceviche. The hotel has a great location - main entrance is one street away from beach but the property gardens go all the way to the beach and there is a small gate at the bottom of the garden to get onto the beach.

Great suite!

Coming back from Tayrona we stayed for only one night in the suite (#1) before heading to the airport in Cartagena. The hotel is a converted mansion, and we definitely had an amazing room! Great value and convenient for us.
