"The staff was super helpful, Drinks and food good. Very comfy beds."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. "Super staff. Helpful, offered to help with my parking app. All staff were friendly professional, courteous and welcoming without being intrusive. Room was clean, spacious with a good temperature. Bar on site. Central location. Highly recommend"

"Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles."
