"Excellent hotel. Everywhere is spotless and smells clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely. Pool area is nice and the gym is good too. Islam is the man to ask if you need advice on tours or car rentals or anything actually! We would definitely stay here again. "

Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are super helpful. A big shout out to Lucy in the buffet restaurant and the waiter from Mumbai (sorry I have forgotten your name). They both went out of their way to make sure we had everything. The waiter went out of his way to find my friend a particular sweet she had asked for.
I must say thank you to the staff in the spa who also went out of their way to help.

"We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. "
