It has been a wonderful 5 night stay at this gem place. Conveniently located and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The team of staff have been amazing from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. Very attentive to every detail and welcoming. Definitely will come and stay @ Serras Barcelona again!

This is probably one of the nicest boutique hotels I've been to. The entire staff was polite, welcoming, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel and room were clean, and there were plenty of useful amenities. Excellent location, with plenty of public transportation options around. I would highly recommend it

The Picasso relevance to the building made a neat experience. The staff is very attentive and all spoke multiple languages which made communication easy.

The staff in this hotel are just the friendliest warmest people. Every single one of them. Area is really good, right on the water, very walkable to a lot of areas. The rooms were really nice too. Highly recommend

From welcome to room to restaurant a beautiful trip with all people in the hotel more than kind. We stayed with a Toddler and she had the best time with her own bed and little surprises. We definitely will come back and recommend this place.

The staff at Serras Barcelona were extremely polite. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and attended to all of our needs really well. This is a true 5 star hotel. Location was perfect with easy walk to the Gothic quarter, the beach, shopping, and almost all tourist sites.

The best Hotel experience ever!
The best hotel experience in my life! Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect amenities, super clean and quiet rooms, exceptional service! We stayed for three nights with my girlfriend for the New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately, on the first day we got food poisoned. But the staff was so compassionate and thoughtful about everything we need and every necessary things we need to be provided. From kitchen staff to front desk, everybody handled our sensitive situation meticulously. Can’t be thankful more! Best and Kindest Regards, Berker

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with clean, modern rooms. Incredible breakfast buffet, walking distance to everything in Old Town, Born, Barceloneta, and more. Also, just lovely and attentive service all around, from the desk staff to the daily turndown service.

Serras is a welcoming, warm small hotel with a level of service and attention to detail far surpassing your wildest dreams. We were cared for by kind and friendly staff, assisted in all manner of requests. The beds are luxurious, linens beautiful, the roof top bar is heaven. Located right on the east of the Gothic quarter there is ample opportunity to wander and explore. I look forward to returning to Serras!

The staff was very accommodating from check-in, to allowing us to clean up and relax before our rooms were ready, to giving us a tour of their lovely hotel. A great place to stay so close to the Gothic Quarter. Would definitely book this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We greatly enjoyed our first 2 nights visiting Spain at the Serras Barcelona and they exceeded all expectations. Fantastic service from everyone, comfortable and very clean well appointed room with superb bed and super soft sheets. Loved they still do turndown service. They acknowledged our anniversary and we also enjoyed dinner on the rooftop at Informal which was delicious. We will definitely return if in the area!

the staff were the best. we travel 5 months out of the year all over the world and the staff here is among the best i.e. smiles and happy to help all the time. very convenient location since it is in the center to most all great places to walk to. we walk an average of 8 miles each day just enjoying all the beauty of the city. resturant had great food and drink but very limited menu. no person and nothing is perfect but this hotel is close to that.
