As far as the room is concerned, the type of room depends on what the guest freely chooses when they book. In your case, you chose the small room which is less expensive but it does not have all the comfort of the superior rooms. Moreover, before booking, the photos of all the rooms types are available on the website so that the guest can be fully aware of what they choose. Regards.

Good morning Helle,we thank you for the review.We just wanted to inform you that our hotel is already applying measure to protect the environment. As soon as the guest goes outside the room, the air conditioning and the lights turn off authomatically until the guest enters again. And this does not need special cards, you just need the normal switchers we all have in our houses. If you found the light on when you came back, it is just because the cleaning lady had just went outside the room. Regards

We would like to remind you that we have no restaurant, it is a cafeteria and it obviously cannot offer the same variety as a proper restaurant. Summer is very comfortable in our hotel the air conditioning works perfectly. The only thing we ask is to kindly mention the problems (if something happens), to ther eception desk so that we can solve the issue. Regards
