The spa facilities and swimming pools are amazing. Grounds and gardens are well taken care of and beautiful. Breakfast options were diverse and good quality. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
What could be improved:
* Building and room maintenance needs serious work. Buildings’ exterior paint has long lost its splendor. Our bathroom door and window frames were in terrible condition, which is sad because at some point this hotel must have deserved the 4 stars it has.
* The mattress was really uncomfortable and you could hear its old coils squeaking with each minor movement.
* The AC in the room was blasting cold air and the control was not functional so we ended up sleeping with our heads under the sheets not to breathe that air.
If you don’t mind the points above or are just going for the thermal spa and swimming-pools, I highly recommend this property (esp. the spa)
