"This was the best stay I believe I have ever had. Once we brought our luggage through the door we didn’t touch it until we were in our room. At the end of our stay we left it in room and next time we saw it was in our cruise cabin. The staff were helpful on getting cabs, information, to the port. All did a fantastic service. "

"No AC, the room was really hot, you can hear people from the plaza talking and screaming “police help” (ALL NIGHT). You can hear the cathedral bells every 30 minutes. We did not sleep at all; thank God we just stayed 1 night."

But it was incredibly noisy, both from the street and just the other people inside, probably not great for someone wishing for a quieter room - Upon checkout, someone had also tried to charge breakfast to our room (although we had gone out every day for breakfast) which the staff removed but yes.. maybe if you’re looking for a good sleep, not the best hotel"
