This place is good but could be amazing. The booking via Expedia is actually managed by a third party who are not very responsive, it is not managed by the vineyard even though they also offer the same accomodation directly from their site. The vineyard is beautiful, close to San Donato and some good hiking. The accomodation is very quiet and the pool is nice. Inside it is fine but the bathroom could be cleaner and the kitchen didn't feel very clean when arrived - ie. the kitchen table was a bit sticky. I tried asking about how to get there and got ignore by the the third party manager so tried asking the vineyard who told me a taxi from Florence airport would be EUR50-75 - it was EUR125 so double. The vineyard also gave me the info about getting a taxi back to Florence for a company whose app says they do not operate in that region which wasn't super helpful. And when we arrived, there was some odd conversation that we couldn't leave our luggage at all anywhere for a couple of hours as we were early and while we walked to San Donato for lunch. In the end they let us put the luggage in the flat while the cleaner finished which was straightforward and what we asked about in the first place.

This place was on a winery and was quiet and beautiful. I wish they would had offered a breakfast for guests.
