"The service desk personal was so helpfull"

"Perfect location for our needs. We used the Mas Blau Metro station throughout. Food service very good, but would have liked a simpler breakfast option -- a la carte not just buffet. Pool was a welcome bonus. Staff very helpful and hardworking. Will single out Tomas from the dining staff. Airport shuttle very convenient. Used the gym and it was adequate -- you need to have equipment sanitary wipes and towels there. Soap dispensers in bathroom did a good job holding soap but not very good...

"Well, since we had only a day stay before we took our flight to Boston, we decided to stay here for the ease of travel to airport since they said they had free shuttle to the airport. But when I tried to take the shuttle at noon, to leave for the airport, they said that their last shuttle was at 10:30 am. And had to take a cab, who took 46 euro! It’s cheating everywhere from cab to hotel, since the cab took a long twisty way"

"My family booked 3 nights accommodation at Hotel SB BCN Events in Room 156 on July 10 to 13, 2026. On the second day, we noticed red bumps on my son’s right arm, we ignored at first thinking it may be mosquito bites but by the time we checked out we discovered redness, raised bumps like hives were all over his body, my wife too had the same redness and bumps on her neck. When we realized it was bed bug bites we were already checked out from that hotel. Attached are pictures to prove this...

"My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter."
