"There was no airport shuttle provided at all; the front desk offered to pay for a taxi to the airport. The amenities were terrible and were infested with bedbugs. "

"We’ve had a fantastic stay at Selectum City Ataşehir so far. The service has been amazing from the moment we arrived. Everyone has been welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The room was spotless when we checked in, and housekeeping has kept everything incredibly clean throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that the staff spoke great English, which made everything much easier for us. The Wi Fi has also been fast and reliable the entire time, which is a huge plus when traveling. If possible, definitely book a suite. Having two bathrooms was such an underrated luxury and made a big difference in comfort and convenience. The water pressure in the showers is excellent as well, which honestly made it feel even more relaxing after long days out in Istanbul. Overall, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"I stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel for work and leisure. The room was not soundproof and I could literally hear everything from outside, such as traffic and people. Additionally, the rooms and bathroom were in poor condition. You had to ask for cleaning, and even that was not always done. A huge disappointment!"

"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "
