"Great hotel"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was immaculate. It sat right on the water, with beautiful ocean views. The staff was so helpful, answering questions and arranged all of our transportation. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the resteraunt on site served the best grilled octopus we have ever had. We only stayed one night but I want to stay much longer. It was the perfect spot to stay before a cruise, I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful hotel."

"Room was clean and located close to the cruise port. The owner, Erwin, was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!"

"We were very disappointed in the amenities. Frankly, they were nonexistent. There was a pool but if you wanted a towel for the pool you had to pay 3euros. Shocking! Also, no washcloths in the bathrooms and very limited towels in the bathrooms. Our air conditioning barely worked. The cheese on the breakfast buffet was spoiled and had to be removed. The Horta Restaurant was very nice and good food. This was the only positive at Villa Tirreno. I would not recommend."

"I don't know where to start. I have not seen the host smiling once. I asked him if he can arrange a taxi for us he refused. Not that helpful at all. The bathroom was clean. But I am not sure about the room. The floor is too old that I could not tell if it is clean or dirty. The closet has exactly 3 hangers. Good luck if you have more cloth to hang. No safe case. So you will have to carry your valuable all time. The breakfast is basically some snacks. There is no cup in the room. No large cups...

"I will never use this place again. Bedroom not set up for 2. Mismatched old blankets. Very old towels. We booked for 2 people, only one bed set up. Only one breakfast voucher issued. Cleaning lady harassing us to pay for second parson. "

"The breakfast was excellent. Easy to go to the port after It's a five-munute walk and the vue to the ocean was excellent."
