Clean basic room, close to BTS

Had everything we needed, easy to park, clean bed, BTS at the end of the block. Food carts just outside the hotel, market close by. Rating excellent because of value for the room rate.

The Staffs were nice. The location is awesome, it’s right by the Sai Yud BTS SkyTrain stop so it made traveling by the BTS Train super convenient.I stayed for 6 nights so my complaints are that the walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors and the hallway noises. It would be nice if the staffs hanged the complimentary items along with trash bag, toilet paper, tissue on the door so I wouldn’t have to go bother them so much. There’s no kettle for hot water if you plan to drink your own coffee or tea, there’s no microwave so definitely plan to eat out because you can’t warm anything up. I love the laundry area because for the duration that I stayed, I definitely needed to do laundry. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth it.

The hotel is of a high quality, and the staff is good. Mr Good at the front desk, was very friendly and attentive. He always took the extra steps to be helpful. My only two complaints with the hotel were that, the coffee bar has been closed down, but the description and pictures remain. Second, some of the guests were very loud (yelling, slamming doors, etc...). Overall, I really liked my stay here and would re-book the Royal Bee in the future. No question about it.

Convenient location

With the opening of the BTS new line, it becomes very convenient. Less than 5 min walk to Sai Yud station. Need to improve on the shower, very difficult to adjust the shower temperature.

Spacious & clean room with a big fridge. Location good for flying in/out Don Mueang Airport and going to government offices. No kettle. The shower heater was difficult to adjust, either not hot or too hot! Poor sound proofing, planes flying by.

Both my wife and i were bitten badly by bed bugs. We told someone and said that they "sprayed "for them. Got more bites. They wouldn't move us to another room.

very good hotel

will suggest that hotel for sure if you have to stay in the area, very clean, no smoking, have 7/11 and mini mart across the street, the only thing is there is no fancy restaurant around, if you like corner thai food it's perfect

Nowhere near don mueang airport!

Check-in was tiresome. I only booked in the morning and arrived in the afternoon. However, there were 3 people behind the reception desk all searching for my booking. A couple of mins later they checked me in , even though they didn't know how many nights i was staying. Then they took 500 Bht "Key deposit", gave me a receipt for the Key deposit and showed me up to the room. The room was clean, and didn't have one of those annoying "door key power switches". So in effect, you could leave things charging in the room and take your key with you. A real plus point... Now the really annoying thing.... The room wasn't made-up the next day? However, on checking out, i handed over the room key, and was asked for the little receipt I was given for the key deposit when i checked in. To be honest, when preparing to travel home it wasn't the most important thing on my mind. Suffice to say, I couldn't find it. They then tell me that they cant give me back the 500bht without the receipt! As my flight was in the early hours of the morning and it was about 22:00 when I was checking-out. I couldn't be bothered to argue. Fortunately, I was travelling with a Thai friend. They stepped in and had a robust debate with the guy behind the reception desk. The outcome was, they reluctantly handed me back 400bht charging me 100Bht for the lost receipt. If they had told me the receipt was worth 500Bht I would have kept it in my wallet! It almost felt like a con!!!

Hotel Praktisch bei Weiterflug von Don Mueng

Wir haben 1 Nacht dort verbracht. Sehr einfach gehalten, aber sauber. check in und out hat gut geklappt. Internet funktioniert super. 15 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Leider war kein kostenloses Trinkwasser im Zimmer vorhanden ( um beispielsweise Zähne zu putzen). Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Im allgemeinen war das Hotel ok!
