Great room at a fair price- nice staff n the building is tidy, strong AC, and feels secure. Pretty good location. Lots of 7-11 and laundry services around. Close to lots of shopping/food- Pratunam night market and a few big malls that also have outdoor shopping. Close to the train and the boat to access the city. High traffics area though so need to plan for extra time to go sight seeing.

Good place eazy access to airport link, night market around, very close to central world mall. Room is clean, soft bed with a lot of pillows. Only didn't have enough hot water, it's kind of chill b. Personal is friendly. Recommended for short stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was great. The internet was good and the TV channel selection was good. The hotel was near the night market and walkable to the Central World mall area. My balcony door would not shut close and it did let in a lot of noise from the train and surrounding area. The shower never had hot water. While it wasn't super cold, it wasn't every near warm.

For its great condition (very clean) its close to all you want to do in the center of Bangkok and very reasonable prize. And staff very courteous and professional. They try their best to talk in English so they could be understood when they are responding. Overall it's an excellent hotel. We had not a single regret staying there for ten (10) days.❤️

Nice stay

Hotel is situated close to the metro station, bars, restaurants shops and other amenities, in general hotel was clean, and comfortable. No safe in the room - for a 4* hotel you would expect one. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good.

Nice small hotel next to airport rail line

Picked this place because it's very close to the airport rail line station, just 3 mins walk, and can get to airport in less than 30 mins. Excellent place to stay if you need to get to airport and don't want to go through that crazy Bangkok traffic. The room is nice and neat. Sounds insulation is not so good though, but lucky the night I stayed in was quiet enough for me to get some good sleep. Located in the Indian area. Not a nice area, but got plenty of good Indian restaurants around. Just 15 mins walk out 5 mins by bus to get to CentralwOrld.

This is our second time staying here in 2 weeks. The second time wasn’t as good as the first. Seems that not all rooms are equivalent quality. This bathroom shower could get hot, body temperature was the hottest it could get. The room was dark and the lights were dim. On the plus side, I would recommend the breakfast option for a short stay. Well worth the money but the variety never changes which is ok for a short stay. A huge ply is location to airport rail and access to metro and bts rail. There’s a decent restaurant next door for dinner.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel the day of- it was a very easy check in process- the woman at the counter was very polite. Our room was great. We got 2 twin beds- it was clean, didn’t smell, the shower and toilet worked fine. Nothing to complain about. The only hiccup we had was on the last day (of course on our way to the airport) our hotel door stopped working. We got another key and that didn’t work so a nice young man escorted up with another key- and it still didn’t work. He ended up calling a technician who thankfully took apart the door and fixed the door. It turned out that the door ran out of batteries. They did this pretty quickly and we made our flight. The Thai massages down the street were great along with the food.

Overall still like this place

Used to stay in this hotel before but this time the bed centre sink down. Sleep uncomfortable. Also fhe day check in it wasn't clean up properly. Waste paper wasn't clean and the previous occupy was india and toothbrush came in package was torn
