Great value stay at a new hotel (alls new)

Super affordable extremely worth and value for money. Clean, everything is new, great bed, comfy sheets, towels. Even aircon is chilly at 27 degrees settings. However it's new so everything is not ready, but what u get is really affordable and value for money place. Its also really spacious and the toilet is clean modern and new with good water pressure. There's also the pool which is convenient and decent! One downside is the walls are thin and not concrete so noise from guests playing the pool could wake you up. It did wake me up.

とにかく壁が薄く音・振動ともに筒抜け。 プールの水は汚くて手をるける気にすらならない。 施設内を含め、部屋の中まで下水の匂いがひどい。 美品はどれもまともに動かず、セーフティボックスは閉めたきりマスターキーじゃないと開かない。 挙げ句の果てには部屋入り口の鍵が壊れて、三時間以上も中に入れずに待たされた。 フロントにクレームを入れたら自分では何も出来ないと言われ翌日の対応を約束するも、当日に担当者は何も聞いていないの一点張りで、まともに対応しようとせずに明らかに無視。 料金を取って人を泊める施設とは認めがたい。

Hotels.com stepped up when resort scammed me

We checked-in and were not initially aware that we were given inferior rooms (2) to what we booked. We were to have rooms overlooking pool but were given rooms in different area. It was actually brought to my attention by evening desk staff, but he was unable to explain what the first clerk had told him was the problem. He referred us to speak with daytime clerk the next day. In the meantime I looked at reservation confirmation and discovered the discrepancy. I went the next day to speak with the first clerk who stated he was working with management to get us a partial refund and to check back the 3rd day which was also our check-out day. At that time he reported that no refund would be coming, as staff went to our room on the 2nd day to offer us a change in rooms but we were not there. They did have my email and phone number, but did not attempt to reach me by those means. Obviously, I was “played.” I emailed Hotels.com and though they weren’t able to get refund from the hotel, they did apologize for the bad experience and issued a coupon for $75 to use on a future booking. Bad experience with this hotel, but thankful that Hotels.com compensated me for a bad experience. In addition, this hotel said they provided free toiletries and safe, but this was not accurate. Really is merely a sleeping room, not a hotel room (bed and desk without even a chair to go with the desk).

冇入住過,當到了酒店入住時酒店方便話我所訂房間地板水浸厕所维修,所以没有房間比我入住,當時已经係晚上11点幾,我一家五口带着3位小孩十分徬徨,到處找酒店 當天又是1/1号除夕夜大多數酒店巳满最终在零晨4点才找了一間酒店住一晚,後來我睇番酒店評論原來時常都係冇房間比客人住,所以大家要睇清楚這間酒店不良營商。免得打擾旅程

The location was excellent. And so was the service. The lounge downstairs had reasonably priced good Thai food and beers. Really liked the Tom Yum soup. I would highly recommend this place for those who are on budget and yet looking for someplace decent.

Value for money as it can stay 6 for it's price. Location, near BTS station. 7-11, McDonald's, eatery. However, the resort is in a small alley. taxi will drop you outside which you have to short walk into a small alley to reach the resort. The toilet was clean but the shower water sink was slow to flow so when shower, the water u use is still at your feet. Three aircon was cold but if it's switched below 23 degree, the water will drips onto the bed. The swimming pool was small but usable. The Bangkok sky walk tower is just a stone throw away. A few Thai massage shop are 5 min walk away.

フロントが一人、しかも英語（フィリピンのかた）のみ　タイ語もダメ。 チェックイン時、トラブル・・・お湯が出ないからすご~く遠いホテルに移動しろと（系列ホテル）。 ふざけんな。 また部屋間の壁薄すぎ。 鍵がひどい。 ホテル入り口の案内が酷い、全くわからない。 2度と宿泊したくない。 この近辺のホテルではBTSサパンタクシンの「パーシェルホテル」が 抜群に良かった。

入住酒店是因為航班臨時取消, 而且看見網上圖片酒店設計特別及價格很平所以選擇了此酒店。 但司機到達住宿附近位置時, 感覺很難找到, 司機在附近範圍兜了又兜都找不到, 我要用 google map 司機問人才能找到位置, 地點是一個好窄的巷進入。 因入住事事半夜四時所以我們要求late check out當時員工答應後進房。我們用最快速時間洗澡睡覺, 見到洗澡後廁所地上都滿佈水漬不能去水。 直到 11時多 我們起身準備刷牙洗面時突然電燈冷氣停了, 後來出去搵服務員的時候發現全坐住宿都停了電, 其他住客都走了出來, 後來發現連洗手間水都沒有, 我們只好用食用水洗面刷牙。 當我們在與員工確定late check out時間時另一員工說 late check out是需要200泰珠附加費 , 因為房間冇水關係我們要求不收此費用最後我們十二點多退房轉另ㄧ酒店

5月19日の2時半に訪れ、チェックインしようとしたら、トイレがつまっていて、メンテナンスが必要なので、違うホテルに移動してくれとのこと。そのホテルは、プールもなく、駅から徒歩20分位のエレベーターも窓もないホテル。プールがないというと、ではエカマイのホテルになるとのこと。もう、話がメチャクチャです。しかも、フロントは若い男性二人で、責任者のマネージャーを出してくれといっても、いないというだけ。部屋は満室で、あなたの部屋はトイレ故障で入室できないという。初日を200バーツ割り引くからというが、全く受け入れられず。30分程納得できない旨を言ったが、結局タクシーで別ホテル（ホステル）に移動。そこはエレベータもない窓もないホステルの2階だった。夜の11時にメンテナンスが終わるからホテルに戻ってくれとのこと。結局、夜の24時まで連絡がなく、メールを送ると24時過ぎにタクシーを手配。それから、チェックイン、フロント横には太った女性（スタッフ？）が背を向けてベンチに寝ている。謝罪も何もなく、部屋に入れたのが深夜1時。掛布団がなく、ベットカバーみたいな四隅にゴム止めのあるものが。（3泊目にちゃんとした、掛布団になったので、2泊はベットカバーで寝ていたらしい。）テレビを見るとtruevisionが2番組とサッカー番組の3番組しか見れない。ニュースやタイローカル番組などが全く映らないので、2日目に点検してくれといったが、明日メンテナンスが来るとスタッフがいうので待っていたが、チェックアウトまで治らずテレビが4日間見れなかった。プールの周りで宿泊客が大声で騒いだり、笑ったり、たばこを吸うので、部屋にいても、エアコンから、タバコ臭がする。ベッドサイドランプはコンセントがゆがみ使用不能。（外気を吸って空冷するため）本当にひどいホテルでした。初日は買い物にも、観光にもいけず、こんなひどい扱いを受けたのは、タイに何十回も言っていますが、初めての経験です。最低のホテルです。しかも、満室と言っていたが、私の隣の部屋はずっと誰も滞在していないようだた。

The location is very strategic and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. During our stay there was electricity interruptions so they have arranged us to move to another branch in On Nut, which is further from the city and takes 5 minutes more to walk to the station.

最悪な、ホテルです！1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにチェックインの時に満室と言われ同じ系列のホテルに連れて行かれた。言葉もあまり通じず説明の時間にかなりとられた おまけに予約していたホテルから2〜4分の距離のホテルへ行ってくれと言われたが実際はタクシーで30分の距離 そのタクシーも大変待たされ夜中子どもを連れて30分くらいも待った。行けと言われたホテルまでのタクシー代はみてくれたが、帰り元々予約していたホテルまでの運賃は交渉したが出せないと言われた。 そちらの手違いにもかかわらず、タクシー代も時間も返してくれという感じ。 帰りのタクシー代交渉している時に、同じホテルに宿泊していた日本人女性も同じように、たらい回しにされたと文句を言っていた。 エクスペディアさん、こんなホテル取り扱いしたら評判落ちるよ。 せっかくの旅行が初日から台無し

最近出来たゲストハウスのようです。 プールを囲んだ客室。 広々したベッドルーム。 ２Fの部屋には メゾネット式で広々したベランダ付き。 現在施工中のため 喫煙所として使用しました。 階段からベランダまでは 掃除していないので 土足かスリッパで。 壁が薄いので 隣の声や足音が丸聞こえにつき ただ寝るだけという方向け。 ファミリー利用可能につき 運が悪いと部屋でくつろげない。 BRTチョンノンシー駅より２～3分。 免税店King Powerの左脇道を入って30ｍ程左手奥にあります。 賑やかなレストランの手前です。

새벽비행기로 낮시간동안 쉬기위해 선택 밤12시체크아웃함. 리조트앞은 차가 들어갈수 없어서 큰길에서 가방끌고 들어가야함 2층객실이지만 엘리베이터없음 객실문은 베란다문이고 커튼으로 가림 방은 넓음 화장실크지만 하수도냄새나고 샤워부스에 작은 개미들 옆방 코고는소리까지 다 들림

We find this hotel neaf chong nonsi BTS. We had the badest experience ever with this hotel. We took a taxi from airport to the hotel and when we arrived the men at the lobby told us  « there is a problem with the toilet we cannot give you the room and it’s with all the room » The solution was a hotel with complimentaty taxi at 1 hour frim there!!!!! Unacceptable!!!we took this hotel just for the day. I ask if there is another solution...the men just say sorry... Finally i decide to take another hotel near Siam BTS and then i asked if they will pay me the hotel once again « no sorry ». At this time i order a cab and ask for refund...the answer again « sorry i cannot only my supervisor » the problem he told me that i will be refund but cannot give me any paper for that... Today i still waiting for the refund. I definitly not recommend that hotel anytime the worst service ever!!!!

Hotel was alright. Upon check-in, hotel didn't have enough rooms to accommodate our bookings. However the friendly lady figured out a solution and got us our original bookings the next day. Hotel is mostly clean. The floor can feel a bit dirty. You must bring your own toothbrush and paste. Good location as it is close to the BTS but nothing exciting in the immediate area. There is a McDonald's and Pharmacy across from the adjacent main road.

The hotel location initially was not easy to locate because it's located near a narrow road junction beside The Infinity. After getting familiar with location, resort M was very strategic location as it's very near to Chong Nonsi BTS station (only walk 100m from hotel), it's also beside the Skywalk tower. Chong Nonsi was also close to Siam Center or Platinum shopping fashion mall/ Pratunam market (a few stops of BTS train). It made our shopping trip easier :D The room was also superb! I booked deluxe room without window, and we get free upgrade package to deluxe room with window during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, brand new facilities. There's balcony on top of the room which u need to take the stair to go up (unfortunately the balcony is not accessible due to maintenance). Another downside is our no.7 room's shower head has problem, it spilling some water everywhere. Overall, im satisfy with the stay. Will come back to stay here again!

Superb Service for a small hotel

Upon checking in, May, the lady at the front desk informed me that they had to evacuate all guests for that night as the road near the hotel had some issues. As I needed to stay around that area for that couple of days, she searched hard to get me one nearby. She managed to find me one and walked me to that hotel and assisted me with the check-in before she headed back. Was grateful for her kindness and exemplary service.
