After initial issues with the first, noisy superior room, they upgraded to another better deluxe room . Nice rooftop pool with bar. Staff tried their best, especially the front desk manager. Convenient location.

The best thing I noticed is that the area around the hotel is quiet at night. The street is quiet, the guests are not. The staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is fairly clean and well maintained. They are a busy hotel, but not too bad. Everything you need is within a few minutes of walking.

I always stay at tha Park Plaza when I go to Bangkok. It’s within walking distance of everything I need in Sukhumvit Rd. The staff go above and beyond with helping guest. The beds are comfortable and the Rooms are a decent size. And you cannot beat the price for the services recieved.
