Staff, amenities were great. But the room was filled with tiny little ants and couldn't leave food/snacks out. I didn't ask for a room change because i was mostly outside in the city and only come back to sleep for 6 or 5 hours.

The pool was nice. The bathroom smell like pee all the time, I think it’s the sewage system. Location is congested al the time. The family room with two beds is very good size for us.

Just reserved for one day , my check in was perfect , staff with smile, they asking to me 1000Bth for deposit, i don’t have that on me and no problem to give my passport. Room was clean and like the pictures. I will come again next time !!

The area this hotel is in, is a bit less chaotic than the popular tourist spots. It's a bit more of a locals area, yet they cater to the tourist crowd. I really liked the mix

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a quiet area, close to shopping centre and local markets, staff nice and friendly, always helpful. Room was clean, just shower needs to be renovated a bit. Nice breakfast very tasty.

Hotel room was clean, AC worked great. Only minor issue that the doors are not soundproof and you can hear a lot going on in the hallway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff seemed underpaid and not very friendly, none of FO staff were smiling, and one staff member, in particular, came across as rude and shows a lack of attention and knowledge about her surroundings. The phone system is very outdated, when I called reception, it made eerie noises like something out of a horror movie. The AC is old but still functional, so that’s manageable. However, the TV is outdated. From my perspective, for the same price, you can find better rooms, amenities, locations, and service elsewhere. I stayed at 3 different hotels for this vacation and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had during this vacation. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff did their job very well, and there are so many good stalls near the hotel.

It was okay. Could use more pillows. Hot water at sink would be nice. Very loud could hear doors from other rooms closing all night. It was just okay not sure i would stay again. Same breakfast every day cold eggs.
