Nice place to stay

Our room is spacious and clean. We didn't expect a large living room and a nice dining table when we booked it. Will consider to stay here if we visit Bangkok again.

Our stay here was great. Very convenient location for getting to the MRT rail. We loved the walkability to the park. Staff were very friendly and easy to reach. The two bedroom suite was cleaned daily and overall very comfortable! Thank you for making our Bangkok stay fun and memorable!

Very good and convenient

This is the 4th time that I stayed here(11 nights this time). Close to eateries and 7/11. About 10-15 min walk to Silom Complex and Sala Daeng BTS & Silom MRT. At night the neighborhood is very quiet.

Huge apartment at this price range

Pros: - Great service. The housekeeping lady helped us fold the laundry and deliver to our room even thought it is a self-service laundry station. - Value for money. Huge room for a very affordable price. Cons: - Very dated building with old renovation and furniture, but it was clean properly.

Very convenient

This is my second time staying here. First stay was three years ago in 2019. I like its location very much, a 10 min walk to Saladeang BTS, Silom MRT, Lumpini Park and Silom Complex. Quiet at all time. We can use washing machine (60 Baht) and dryer (50 Baht). You can request iron and ironing board to be placed in your room before arrival. Room is spacious equipped with microwave, kettle, plates and spoons..... Local eateries are opposite the residence and next door too.

CP值高的一間房

缺點：走到鬧區有一段路，會讓人想到出門就累！除此以外都非常好，CP值很高的飯店（根本是一間房子）有客廳，臥室，二臺冷氣，大冰箱，可惜就是走到捷運站要10分鐘（會懶得一直出門）

非常不錯的住宿

距BTS,MRT走路約5分鐘內,不管去何處都非常便利,尤其從那一个机場出來都可連結,可省下不好交通運輸費用,且位在鬧区的靜巷內,不会被車水馬龍的吵鬧給影響到,房間空間也大,窒內還有微波爐及中型冰箱,对於住客提供了便利,是值得一推且cp值也挺高

Value if looking for no-frills in this location

Appreciated the property’s convenient location and was happy to receive an upgrade to a two-bedroom unit. Definitely plenty of space. It would have been nice if they refilled the toiletries daily, as they provided them only on the first day and they were small in size. Laundry on-site is 60B and was useful. It looks to be a condo/apartment complex with no “front desk,” but staff was on-site when we arrived to let us into our room (with no advance coordination necessary). Overall good if you are looking for value and no-frills.

Very convenient location

About 10 min walk to Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT stations. Very quiet and convenient location. Opposite and next door of this Residence, there are small local restaurants. Seven-Eleven store, Coffee Shops, Fat Boy Sushi, noodle shops, Dusit Cafe, MK Restaurant are just around the corner. Big and clean room with microwave, fridge, ironing board on request - what else do we need? (P.S. no safe is provided in the room.) Washer and dryer are downstairs. The lady from the office and two security guards were very friendly. We will come again.

快適に過ごすことができました。

サラデーン駅から徒歩約10分のところに有り、コンビニは近くにありませんでしたが飲食のお店がたくさんありました。管理人はホテルの入口横にいてとても親切に対応して頂きました。部屋も広くテレビや冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、エアコン、Wi-Fiなどもあり快適に過ごすことができました。洗濯もでき良かったですが、お湯を沸かすポットが無く、シャワーのお湯は良かったものの水圧が少し弱かったですが、また行った時に利用しようと思っています～
